Do you have any correspondence in regards to contacts with CIBC?Have you conversed with either representative of EDULINX ?Contact this Office at your earliest convenience.Sincerely,Don HynesDon HynesResearcherOffice of the Citizens' RepresentativeHouse of AssemblyProvince of Newfoundland and Labrador---------------------------------------------------- ---
While we sympathize with your situation we do not have the jurisdictionor legal authority to assist you. You may wish to call the CanadianBankers Association to determine if they have an ombudsman. You couldcontact the Newfoundland Office of the Citizens' Representative (throughthe Provincial Government website - www.gov.nl.ca ) and see if theycould refer you to an appropriate agency.Good luck with your search for a resolution to this matter.HRC Staff---------------------------------------------------
