Thanks Mark, some more good press coverage! Now if the government would only listen. One sad comment "documentation problems or mix-ups linked to 2.16 per cent of 116,000 calls" . Is HRC saying that it's OK if 2.16% have their lives screwed up?

Yeah, lets do the math
2.16 percent PER MONTH = 24 percent per year!

So 24 percent of student loans are screwed. Given the fact that it takes 10 years and 24 percent are screwed per year, then 240 percent screwed over 10 years

So expect to have your student loan screwed up at least 2.4 times over the life of the loan...

of course with mortgages or personal loans this just doesnt happen!
