My wife and I are over $150, 000 in debt for student loans so I
hope this charter challenge is successfull...otherwise we are going to be in limbo for a long time. We have one child and one on the way. no savings, no house, no daycare, no insurance. Not even the ooption to choose. We need a fresh start. My wife works and I look after the little one. Her pay barely covers expenses. We are on IR so if we make over 4,000 (could be a little more) we must begin paying back the loan in full. Between the 2 of us app. $2,000 a month. Talk about a jam.
