I left Canada for the US 4 years ago. I left school 3 1/2 years before that for a job, so it's been about 7 years since I last saw a classroom. I defaulted on my Ontario student loan and my Canada student loan . . . I also owe York U money (about 7 G's). What can I do to begin repayment, or at least get a rough estimate of what I owe without bringing unwanted attention to myself from those I owe. I would like to return to Canada in the next couple of years but I don't want to do it with a huge debt hanging over my head. Any ideas? What are my rights in terms of bankruptcy? Also, I lost a leg in a car accident 2 years ago? Will my disability have any impact on potential leniency? ------------- Trickeychick |

sh*t just the fact u lost your leg should be good enough reason for those crappy leeches to clear your student loans
