Hi! everyone!

I am at the end of my rope with CBCL..They crossed the fine lines of what is acceptable practices in their way of collecting money..They went so far as to contact my landlord and leave my financial situation for everyone to hear therefore exploiting it..They have made my life a living hell..I had to change my number to an unlisted one and when i found out that they called my landlord I called them back..Believe it or not they took the opportunity to dial *69 to find out the last number called therefore again finding out my number..How low can these people go to make our lives a living hell..Thir practices should be outlawed..I basically told them to deal with Johnny and stop calling me otherwise I will have them charged with harrassment..I can't take this anymore...I want to know if anyone has had similar experiences with these miserable unhappy people CBCL if so please write to me at mailto:SylvieHache007@msn.com - SylvieHache007@msn.com

check the posts in dealing with collection agencies.
there are a few of us getting yelled at from them.

No one can interfere with your privacy, home, family, correspondence, honour or reputation.

CBCL is at fault on all six counts.

Hey michelle who at cbcl are you dealing with? I
have'nt had too many arguements with them as I told
them from the start that I don't tolerate insults or
respond to threats. When they start yelling I warn
them once , then hang up and phone them right
back, my record is about nine times with one lady,
and she only wanted my phone number. Then I got
passed on to some guy with a bigger voice, which I
responded by setting the receiver down and going
away for a few minutes. Sometimes you have to play
by their rules to " soften " them up a bit.
