does anyone know how long it takes to have your credit rating wiped after your 2nd bankruptcy?

I have heard that it takes about 14 years, a co-worker filed twice after his divorces, but then again the last time he filed was 1999, and he is driving a $ 50,000 truck and lives in a $ 150,000 house..........

So go figure, how this can be done.
I have no idea.....

A second bankruptcy can remain on one's credit report for 14 years.

Hunter, this particular case is troubling, indeed. I would say this individual had a serious "helping hand" inthe form of cash or strong co-signers. This is one way this can be done.
