Can anyone tell me how my "lowered" monthly payments in the Repayment Assistance Program are actually higher than the monthly payments were last time I wasn't in the program? My RAP payments are to be $533.61 and my previous full monthly payments were $400.61.

Sounds like an error on their part. I would call the NSLSC and ask your case to be 'escalated'
