I have two years until my loans may be "stats barred." It's BC/Canada loans...problem is I don't live in Canada anymore and have no intention of returning. I'm only able to make tiny payments that don't even cover the interest. I will never be able to pay out these loans. I live in fear of being sued!

When do I need to cease acknowledging these debts to avoid the "reboot" and what happens after that? No more mail? I cannot be sued? Thanks.
