I`m sitting here looking at mail I receive on Oct. 11th, 2012, one year ago, and it`s a letter from CRA with the subject: Canada Student Loans - Referral for judgement.

Since receiving this letter a year ago, I continue to receive monthly statements. But no letter informing me of judgement. Can I assume that they did not get their judgement as an entire year has passed since receiving this letter

How can I find out if they have succeeded with the judgement- Is there a number I Can call

How long does it normally take to get their judgement after this letter is sent

I`m sorry but the question mark button on my laptop is not working!
