Scotiabank apparently changed their student loan system and changed all the student loan numbers to new ones.

I pay my student loans each month through online banking but I can't seem to modify the old number to the new ones. I went into TD branch and they couldn't either. I than went into Scotiabank branch and they couldn't even locate my account both from the old and new number.

So I'm almost 2 months late on my payments and no one knows how I can send them the money. What gives. Anyone experience anything similar with a Scotiabank student loan? Mines from 1999.
