that be?

got loan back in 05, dropped out of school, not made many payments on it as been out of work or making just enough money to get by.  never did my taxes since 05 causes they put a lien on it.  just went to do taxes for past 7 years and h r block says theres no lien, and they used my return money for 2012 to pay for all 7 years, but they said i wont get the rest of the money for 6 weeks (its in cra's hands now) Dead  so i'm worried that somehow there's a lien on the rest of those years and i wont get any money back? 6 weeks is a long time of suspense not knowing if i'm getting a fairly large amount of money back or if cra is going to take it.

on one hand i think i might get it back because i was able to get the 2012 return and used it to pay h r block to do those 7 tax year returns for me

on the other hand i think it might be a trick from cra to allow me to use 2012 return to pay and then they take the money from the rest of the years

anyone know if i'm getting anything back? please help, very worried. thanks. Shocked

No one here can tell you if you are going to get the money they owe you for taxes back, unfortunately. It is in the hands of CRA and their mandate is to secure money for the Crown.
If you are in hardship then there may an option to have it reversed if they do confiscate it. It all depends on the severity of hardship in your case.

HOw much is the student loan for? Why did you drop out? What were you studying prior to withdrawal?
