I got a student loan back in '03, and promptly dropped out after having a nervous breakdown of sorts..  I've moved several times since and haven't gotten a letter or phone call about repayment since probably 2004. I recently grew the heck up and am now worried about it. Where can I get information on how much I owe, and should I be worried? Thanks in advance.

Read up on the statute barred section of the site. It might be best to leave this alone. I admire that you're willing to investigate, but unfortunately the collection agencies are so abusive that it will be a nightmare to try to work with them.
