Like many of you, I too suffered from tremendous anxiety and stress due to outstanding student loans and their resulting issues. Despearate and unable to resolve on my own, I turned to John for support and guidance. All I can say is that John is simply fantastic. He is patient, knowledgeable, honest and committed to resolving your issue(s). Yes, it is a long process. In my case - we worked for 3 years together to get through the process. Governement is slow, corrective resolutions even slower but rest assured - John will and does get you the answers you need to make the decisions required to resolve your situation. Honestly, thanks to John there were many days made tolerable knowing he was on my side. I recommend, with 100% full conviction, that if you need to fina a resolution to your student loan issue(s) - John LeBlanc is the only call you should make. My only advice, however, is be patient. John is extremely busy but he always gets back to you, he always remembers who you are (and your case details) and he always treats you like a human being - something I greatly appreciated.
