After meeting with my member of parliament and the offer to write a letter on my behalf requesting a review of my Nslc file I am looking for information about what the outcome can be.

The nscl admitted an error on my file that ultimately put it into collections in 2004. The Nslc recalled my loans in 2010 but this was before they admitted their error. When I started my appeal with the cslp I was told if an error was found, they would take my loan back to what it was the day the error happened and a payment schedule would made. Now that the error has been admitted, they won't do that.. I guess my question is what specifically can the minister review do?

The minister has the power to do whatever is necessary to fix the problems and their effects. If tyhe minister's review concludes that errors were made, and the effects of those errors have caused you further hardship, then the minister should address remedial action and place the onus on the NSLSC for correction.

Some of that post didn't make it...

If the minister's review concludes that the errors made, and hardship was caused by the effects of those errors, then the minister should be required to address the NSLSC to take remedial action. THe onus is on whoever made the errors to fix them.
