| Short story- nscl put my loan into collections because of an administrative error. I have a letter from them stating they made an "administrative oversight." This oversight wrecked my credit and it has been since 2004. I have paid on my loans but to collection agencies and want to get legal counsel for wrecking my credit and the mental anguish, frustration, and depression, and stress this has caused. |

You would have to contact an attorney, consult, and hire if you have a case. Have you approached them and requested that they fix the issue? If not, I would do that first before going to an attorney. If it is going to the minister of HRSDC then this is good. That is where it has to go. Then, they will be prompted to contact the third-party service provider (NSLSC) to remedy, if they are at fault.
