So I googled Mark Silverthorn and lo and behold he apparently represents debtors now too .He was a former litigator/collector , so being suspicious as I am of everything internet I was wondering what the deal is? Is this a ploy to get info for collection agencies by unsuspecting student loan debtors or is he doing what you do now Johnny ? He also has a book on dealing with agencies!!Maybe a different Silverthorn but unlikely.

That is the same guy. He represented collection agencies and they all gave him the boot from what ha s been gathered. He ran out of agencies to work for so he decided to go a different route. He wants people to buy his book, which is understandable. He doesn't do what I do though. What he does is different than what I do. Buy his book and see if it works. Who knows.

No thanks . He can keep it . I called your number after hours your time and your mailbox recording said it was full(it is a generic monotone female voice right?). So I thought maybe I'd ask here if I should just start with the limitations module and contact you if necessary or should I contact you and go from there? . I wanted to call earlier but have had my third car accident in a year and had to deal with the legal end of that first. So now this has to be dealt with so I can clean my plate of headaches!!!
