New here, sorry if this should have gone somewhere else.

I have looked at the canlearn and the osap websites but haven't figured out if the RAP is actually replacing interest relief or if it is only for the federal portions and for the provincial portions I will still have to apply for interest relief? I'm really hoping that it is just the RAP and that resident of Canada is the same as for taxes so I can leave the country for a bit to make money to pay back the government.
