I wrote to HRSDC advising them that they should not use the term grace period with regards to the six months after graduation in which you dont have to make payments but interest accrues.

This term causes lots of confusion because until recently the Canlearn website DID NOT state that interest accrued unless you burroughed through the details. They've now corrected that, but politicians still spew "we have a 6 month grace period"
 
Its not grace period.  You are charged interest.  It is a 'Payment Deferral Period"
 
We'll see where we can go next with this complaint.
