    In 2002 i took a upgrading class in order to enter into an aircraft maintenance program. Now i paced the class but my gpa apparently wasn't enough to recieve OSAP for the coarse but was high enough to get excepted into it. So i quit not being able to afford the coarse out of my own pocket and since i live in a city were jobs are scarce i had to go on assistence for some time before i found a job and was unable to make payments on my loan. I did apply for relief after i was out of college but was told that because i did make any payments in the first 3 months of being of school i was not eligable

    Now i been working and apprenticing at an appliance repair shop paying for the tech coarse out of my own pocket i have been there for about 4 years now and in this 4 years a company called Collect Corp has been hounding me about payments they even threatened to take me to court. I didn't make much money when i started and could only pay them $ 50 a month since then the owner's have retired and split the business between their 2 kids. I only make $115 a week now and i have a family to take care of and feed Collect Corp's interst is 1.2646% daily plus 8.5% a month.

    At $50 a month i'm not getting anywhere thats money i could be using for my new baby son plus they are taking my income tax from me as well and in a month what ever they took doesn't even help they amount just goes up plus. I cant keep this up anymore

If you ae making only $115 per week, you can't afford to pay them. Who are they collecting for?

They are collecting for OSAP as i understand

That isn't Collectcorp - that rate belongs to the one you owe. Remember, they just calculate it for their client (your lender).
