Does anyone know how I can contact the National student loan people about my loan?

I posted a message about my situation under the heading 'Broke in Japan' (sorry about the typos in that messageEmbarrassed) And I want to contact them about how I should proceed in this case.

I can not pay my loans at the moment because I am more concerned about not getting kicked out of my apartment and being homeless in a foriegn country, than I am about making my paments (which I can't do at the moment anyway). As I said I cannot pay before January as the 1/2 month pay that I get in november will only be enough to pay 2 months rent (Nov and Dec) with about 200 dollars left to pay utilities and eat for a month. I can't affrd to even pay my taxes in Japan at the moment and if I don'T pay them off by January they will freeze my bank account and just take the money.....thank god they don't do that for student loans.

Does anyone know a working INTERNATIONAL number. I'm in Asia so I need one that will enable me to actually talk to someone. I just checked my bank account and they tried to take student loan payments out again this month even tho there was nothing there for them to take in September (as I mentioned previously I have not been paid from my former company as it has just gone bankrupt and chances are ery slim that I will ever get the money I am owed.). Anyway now my bank account is minus 381$ because of the overdraft and the stupid fees..(.CIBC charges 40$ for nsf payments).

Anyway I have been paying them faithfully since November 2004 and if I can ever catch up I would be able to apply for interest relief if I go back to canada, and then hopefully debt reduction....because I doubt very much that I will ever be able to make enough money in canda to be able to pay back 525$ a month....thats 525$ a month at the maximum allowable repayment time.

Anyway this was a long winded note when all I wanted was the international number. LOL!

Thanks.
