What am I required to show before I can file for bankruptcy on student loans?

- they are all over ten years old since last a student
- defaulted on everything
- unable to make patyments (on street, mental health isssues, income under $15 k if that, social assistance, you name it)
- loans without interest total about $50000
- no contact to/from anyone

Show them what you owe, who you owe, how much you owe, and why you will never be able to pay them. If you have student loans, make sure that you calculate the time as being on or after the last day of the month 10 years fromt he day you ceased to be a full or part-time student.

You said that you are homeless, have mental health issues, and on social assistance, your chances are better than most.
