Hi,

Does anyone know if you can receive a debt reduction even if you make above their limits? I've never missed a payment but another 8 years of paying $350 per paycheque is going to kill me. Do they have any exceptions to the levels if so, how do I go about doing it? I applied in January and both my csl and bcsl applications for reduction were denied.
