It has been a while since visiting the site, what happened to talk of discrimination against a class of people vs. discrimination against a type of debt? All discussion about class action and other alternatives which challenge ammendments to the Bankruptcy Act which can be shown as destructive & descrimanatory or violations of the Charter seem to have been removed. Is free discussion of these issues so potentially legally dangerous that we cannot post? All the best,

When the systems crashed about a year ago because the database had gotten too big, I had to delete posts that were more than two years old...

Thats good to hear, thanks Mark!
I understand that even though the CFS charter challenge failed, there are still legal avenues to address our collective situation, potentially providing relief. Do you know of any, or any that are active? Last I heard a class action was problematic in some sense, and another form of action was to proceed in the courts. I'm sorry I can't remember what is was called in the forums, my retention of "legalese" is a little weak.
