Hi
My situation:
I will be applying for DR in may. I am now on extended IR so i think i
have those qualifications.
I am in good standing now but at one point there was an error made from
CIBC and they sent out a collection agency after me, they approved me for
IR and then 3 months later took it away. adn made it seem like i had
missed 3 or 4 payments when I didn't even know that i had to make since
I thought i was on IR because i had received a letter of approval. So i
made the necessary payments and now i am in good standing. So my
question is will this affect my DR approval or do you just have to be in
good standing at the time of application?
End of may my income should be around $22000. My monthy payments
are around 275.
I have had 6 months of EI, as well as 2 months of not having an income.
How can i get monthly proofs of these?
The chart that I looked at for how much you can make the gazette link
seems to be dated 2005. is there one for 2006. Because i noticed that in
2004 they allowed to make an extra $250 a month in comparison to
2005.

Yes its got to be in good standing so bring it in to standing.
Also, its got to be extended to 15 years, exhausted Ir.
Your income? Notice of assessment, pay stubs for when your working, EI stubs etc. When you werent working you need third party letter, letter from yourself and monthly statements from yourself. But phone and gov to check and find out exactly what you need--photocopy all the stuff you send in--
Lastly, how much can you make ? Less is better
