I graduated in 1999.

In Oct. 2003 I declared bankruptcy b/c TERI (american student loans) sued me for 150,000). It was discharged in Oct 2005.

I applied for reduction and was denied b/c of some detail of declaring before May 11, 2004.

Is there a grandfathering clause of some sort?

Do I have any option.

thanks B

Ben
