ok im applying for round 2

i have 8k student debt and i pay 55 a month for 25+ years

I made 10k last year gross income

but i dont think i qualify as poor enough

My annual payments 660 dont exceed 15% of the 10000 bucks i made last year $1500(660/1200)

So im wondering how would i document that too poor?

should i just say im well below the poverty level?

If  i go this route they could just say that 1500 a month is plenty enough to support myself: ie. i pay 500 rent and about 200 food and 100 transportation....400 bucks in plenty enough to pay 55 a month?
