Those idiots at Nordon called again... not more than 20 minutes ago, I was getting dressed and my 4 yo boy answered the phone thinking it was his dad.... that jackass "Mr. White" told my son he would give him a present if he gave mommy the phone!

So not to be a pain in the ass, I need to know which office this Mr. White works out of so I can phone and file a complaint... thats twice now someone has called and chatted up my kids to get to me. I am FURIOUS... then hes on the phone with me and I told him I sent a letter almost a year ago advising them that contact was only to be thru the mail and he called me a liar... I was a little better with him, I told him that his people better find the letter then and to have a good day then I hung up on him... I know never hang up let them hang up on you...

Im really tired of them speaking to my children.

File your complaint to the Toronto Office (in Scarborough).
