It has been 10 years since my husband ceased being a student.  In August 2008 it will be 10 years since I've ceased being a student.  What steps do we need to take to have our CSL debt's discharged under our bankruptcy which was filed in February 2000?

Thanks!

First of all, Congratulations to your husband for completing the debt sentence.  I would suspect that any bankrutpcy trustee would be able tp do that.  There is a fee to pay for it and probably a means test of some sort to go through.  After all you have to be able to prove that its still a hardship for you.
