While some progress has been made with a few cases, there are still numerous cases to be resolved.

And the fact that they only seem to have 1 person to work on the cases for over 1,000,000 student loans seems to be quite inadequate.

And since that person has gone on vacation, well, nothing is being done from what I see.

We've got broken promises, broken promises, and inadequate training of their service resolution people...

It needs to be better. Please do your part by downloading flyers and posting them where you can. Only a few flyers can make a big difference....
