I see plenty of people posting here that have had SL with Royal Bank, Scotia, etc.... Has anyone had any probs with National??? They "lost" my paperwork twice for re-application to Interest Relief, after I sent it to them. Then they threw the whole thing to Collections. The biggest problems I had with National was, the receptionist girl couldn't speak English well (she was in Montreal). And when I asked very politely to speak to someone who could speak better English, she argued with me that she spoke perfect English! I should have seen the problems then. Another problem was every time I would call they always gave me a different amount I owed. I could go on and on with everything that happened, but I'll save that for another day. Just wanting to hear from others who have dealt with this bank that will surely burn in hell along with all of the other financial institutions.  P.S. Is it just me or is it truly odd that one can easily get a credit check virtually anywhere, but to find medical info in an emergency can take too long? |
