Hello all!

I need some urgent advise. Today, I rec'd a letter from OSAP that my original IR from March 2001 to Aug 2001 was reammended to March 2001 only.

I took OSAP after that in 2002 and then in 2004. My last full-time studies ending in June 2004. I have already applied for IR again as I cannot afford to make payments. They have not withdrawn the money yet, so I suspect that it is approved. I have also not rec'd anything in the mail for the recent IR application. They just called me to ger additional info about income verification etc and then they called and told me that it was processed and they were just waiting for the info from the bank.

I am really worried about this IR that I took in 2001. I don't know why they are doing this to me. It does not say anything that I have to pay back etc, but I am just worried. They had also re-assessed my OSAP application and told me that I had taken extra $4000 then I qualified for, but that was for year 2003-2004. They also told me that it only affects the future OSAP funding not IR applications etc.

Could you please give me some advice. What should I do? How does this new IR reassessment from 2001 would affect me? Thanks in advance and salute to all of you who are engaged in fighting for our right and fairness.
