What happens if the say the financial questionaire is not acceptable:they say you can pay more. Like eat less or cut the payment of this bill and give that money to us. Is there a place that the questionaire goes (a person) to resolve the dispute?

I'd tell them to get stuffed. As long as you are making payments
they can lump it. They will probably phone you every day to bug
you about it, that's when youput the phone down on a soft cloth and
don't hang it up untill it beeps.

Traditionally, the collection ends will always try to make you pay more than you are - regardless of how much or large or small the payment. If they tell you to stop paying something else to compensate the student loan, this is something that are really not allowed to do.
