Today, June 16th, the Canadian Federation of Students had their Bankruptcy Charter Challenge heard in Ontario Supreme Court.

The CFS presented their case for approx 2 hours, then the feds had their chance.

The judge apparently stated that both sides had compelling arguments, an reserved judgement. This means that the judge will review all arguments presented before presenting a judgement.

Judgement is expected to be announced in 6- 8 weeks.
