Talked to RBC today and they know of the new changes but have not received the "operating guidelines"(their words, not mine)so the new changes in the 2003 budget have not been put into practice as of yet and the person I talked to didn't know when the changes would come into being.

Great! It isn't a surprise.  I think I may finally meet the income criteria, but I still don't think I'll qualify as my CSL isn't in good standing. (which apparently it has to be, though my prov. loan is up to date) If I was able to keep up with the payments, why would I need this program?

I'm behind for  a reason and I don't see any way of playing catchup with the insane interest being tacked on daily. Sorry this is so long, but I am so frustrated......I'm trying to do the right thing(as I said I'm managing to keep my NS loan up to date and can only pay a little on my CSL) and it seems it doesn't matter anyways so am tempted to just say frig it and put all the money from both student loans payments on a bill that doesn't have the interest and the hassle associated with it.
