I have been paying $200 / month to Allied International for a defaulted student loan I recieved back in 1995. All accounted for I've paid $8400 towards a $11500 loan. Problem is that the amount owing on their statments is still nearly $10,000!!!

How can I stop this? If I continue this the actual interest will be almost 100% Will they accept a settlement ? How can I go aboput doing this?
