**URGENT** CBCL Threatening me

I am getting messages on my phone at work and need a little help as to what I should do:

First: I have requested a recall on my student loan, Canada Student loans sent me a letter back with notes from my calls which are inaccurate stating that they could not recall my loan

Second:  I did fill out a Financial questionare stating that I could not afford to pay out more than 60$ a month to them, they then called and left a message at work saying that it was not good enough they wanted me to pay 268$ a month, which is more than impossible with the amount of money I am paying on my other student loans and bills at this time, and I am not willing to go bankrupt for this creditor in any way shape or form so that they can collect larger commisions. I have yet to call them back.

Third: I have been paying each month the 60$ I put on my financial questionare, they have requested pay stubs which I am not sending as I was told it is an attempt to get information so they can call my employer direct to get information on me.

Fourth: they are now telling me I am flaged for lack of co-operation, what does that mean and what should I do?

They have requested in the past that I borror money even sent me to a bank and a credit company to apply for credit to pay it off, when i could not get it in those places they then suggested I borrow from friends and family. Before I dignify the call to my works voicemail which is recorded, I would like to know what I should say or do?

I very much would appriciate any help or if you know of someone who can help with expertise in this field I would be willing to get help that way, I have gone to financial counsling but it is not of much help for my issue.

From what I know it is best to be friendly with HRDC who holds my CSL. I have found that if you comply with what they ask, they will be nice to you.

If you fill out the questionaire, yes they will ask for copies of your paystubs, and they will also contact your payroll dept. They don't need to have your permission to talk to the payroll people.

Also if they feel that your expenses are over rated they will reject your financial questionaire.

I give them what they request.
I would not do this to a collection agency.

And yes, if you don't send them paystubs to them you are not co-operating.
Take it from one who has been there.

First they will take your GST if you get one
Then you income tax refund and if you are not complying they may issue a judgement.
They served one one my friend.
