One thing is for sure, the more aware and equipped you all become, the more frustrated the financial industry becomes, especially three provincial governments and all collection agencies. Your financial and social well being is The CFW Group's mission. As part of that mission we want to help as many people find safe passage from the barbaric system of debt recovery and the third-party debt collection industry that impedes on your journey. The evidence that it is working is very clear because the collectors and their agencies despise me and The CFW Group. They despise me because I help you and protect you from them. They constantly slander and attempt to defame me because they do not want you to seek help. When you seek protection from them it limits their ability to manipulate and entice you - control you so they can earn their commission from whichever bank or government hired them.
In one recent interaction with a higher ranking official within the agency called accounts Recovery Corporation, he stated: "the day that The CFW Group ceases to exist will be the happiest and best day of his life." This is a senior official. A senior director within this company. This is what having power does to individuals within the collection industry. The reason he despises me is because I help you. Because I help you he has to ensure that rules are followed, and patience is something that collectors and agencies need to have when it comes to the consumer population. Unfortunately, the collection industry cannpot be patient. They operate on a time and finance management system that is unfriendly and barbaric to the consumer population.
In any event, this is all part of change. Many of you have been able to move freely without the chains that collection groups and governments have tried to bind you with. The collection agencies and some provincial governments will continue to hate me and The CFW Group but that is ok. I have big shoulders and the ability to absorb that negative and turn it into something positive. That something positive is change. Because of this website students and those who have overcome the adversity brought on by rogue and unprofessional collection groups are able to fight for their right to receive equal treatment and fairness.
Some of you take a lot of abuse. I, and The CFW Group Inc does everyday. Whether it is a collection agency trying to insert their own agenda or cause trouble for someone out of spite, or a provincial government trying abuse it's power, it reveals the dirty deeds and predatory behaviors of those government and private agencies who have an interest in doing harm than good. Governments are worried because you are more aware of your rights and options for defense. Those who hire collection agencies are (or should be)equally responsible for the miscarriage of justice that collection agencies perform. The governments in control of these agencies and the licensing and policing of them do not own up to the responsibility simply because they depend on them to collect accounts for them. When you or I confront a government agency with a situation as to why they are not willing to accept responsibility for something they are doing wrong, they try to conjur up ideas so they can attempt to either quiet us - or shut us down.
This is how the canadian financial industry behaves.
So ARC hates The CFW Group. So does NorDon and NCO. So does a part of the Alberta government. So does a small part of the the NS Government. So does MTCU and part of Ministry of Ontario shared services branch. So does the non-profit debt pooling and collection community. So does the bankruptcy industry. Yadda Yadda Dadda. The beautiful thimng about this is change, and the potential for change to replace the bad. They hate The CFW Group because we fight for rights and financial-social freedoms for students and consumers and they don't like it.
