i dont understand

ok i went to the school i used to go to. and they gave me info and all..ok the money they say i owe is over 13 grand but then i look and added up the stuff the grants for me to live on was still sent to school and saying i got it thats totaled over 9 grand that alliance one says i owe. i so dont understand any of this and gov. wont answer they say talk to alliance one but ya right why dont they be on our side and talk to them? i am so confused and dont know what to do anymore i have posts all over butno replies here i was always changing address for student services and they would always send to my old address so i wouldnt get them. also school gave me a medical withdraw form i mixed up it was 2002 i went to school not 2001 and she said it might be too late.is it i was so sick and had a doctors note saying i couldnt attend wich then made it for school to throw me out b/c i couldnt attend my 60%.but then also on form that alliance or gov wouldnt send me says that i tried to reaply i never did at all and they sent the note and the school found it on line on my acct??? i dont know what to do and ive been getting out of area calls like 5 times aday starting at 8 am gee i wounder who that is??...arg...i screen my calls i cant handle alliance one they are so nasty and mean and just dont care if they hurt you or even make it so you get all sick from them like health falling apart b/c of there stress. i dont know who to go to any more i cant afford a lawyer nothing..i am dirt poor i hate it. i didnt want to end school i got forced to without my knowlege..so sux canada does for this area in loans and all they are so greedy take from the poor to keep em poor give to the rich to keep them rich

i have no idea alliance wont tell me anything just give them 9 grand and then thats it info they send me says i opened it july 2004 my info says 2002. when i do ask alliance they to me that i dont ask the questions they do i just pay

thanks for info yes they are very very aggressive and i really cant stand them they will still today call the place i used to live at and harrase them tell them everything about me to my old roomates and ask them to pay for my loan. they even swear at them and tell them to rot in hell and hang up then 5 min later call them back like nothing happend. i called them but got an answering machine explaining i have moved but that is my permanent address to send me the info there..still nothing and the info they did send says student loan july 2004 opened. but my records show it as feb 2002 and my transunion credit report says i had a 8895.00 student loan that i owe 0 dollars and that it was paid.(date nov 2004) ok here is what it says can & int st sdnt ln july30,2004  feb 2002  jul 2004 high credit 8899 also says on top....can and int ft sdnt lm last reported july 2003. it was opend feb2002 and shows last sale dar of july 2003 the high credit is 8899 with current balance of $0, payment terms of $0 monthly and NO past due amount. in the last 1 month the payment history shows NO late payments. it is I1 indicating that it is an installment account that was PAID AS AGREED. values are in the payment histroy are in the range of 0-9 and meaning is indicated. there are comments of account transferred, student loan poted to the account(wich i dont understand that??)  account type also says in box they have I1 INSTALLMENT PAID AS AGREED. and i see a terms with code 0/m?  so for real i dont understand that part .

oh yes kel i was woundering i live in vancouver bc and is there a ite were i can find my rights so i can study them for the next call from alliance?thanks..
