QuoteReplyTopic: Statute of limitations Posted: 11/June/2019 at 2:56pm
I had a student loan in 1994/95. I thought I paid it off but I guess I only paid the provincial one not the federal. I ended up sick and unable to work for years. I’ve since gone back to work and recently found out my wage is being garnished for it. My husband hasn’t worked for over 2 years. I only make minimum wage so we’re hardly surviving as is. I filled out the asset form they sent me so they are aware of this. Is there no statute of limitations on this as this loan is over 25 years ago? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
If you borrowed in Ontario (OSAP) and took the loan out before January 1, 2004, or if it is a federal guaranteed loan (CSL) here is a limitation testing and professional analysis module we have designed. The cost is low - value high.
It you want an assessment of that write to admin@solvestudentdebt.com and state t is an Alberta direct student loan. Do you have a document showing that the matter is an Alberta direct?

I paid off the provincial, Alberta, one but the federal one was missed so that’s the one I need help with. I will message the address you gave me though. Thank you.
It is designed to expedite the end-to-end process of a
limitation case assessment and analysis.
It is a huge cost saver because it
narrows everything down so that you can use your time and money most effectively.
Normally, this assessment and analysis would cost hundreds of dollars.
