Last OSAP loan was taken in 2014.

Last OSAP payment was made in 2015 before going into RAP.

Stopped all communications in 2016.

CRA sent a letter asking for the balance to be payed. 16k Fed, 10k Ontario.

Does anyone know what my rights are in this situation or moreso, how best to proceed?

Unfortunately, there is not enough background information, or what you are trying to achieve here. Maybe post an outline of desired results you are seeking. Also, if you feel that your right(s) have been violated or neglected by the Canada Student Loans Program, please describe this as well.
