On My Credit Karma report it shows
Government Student Loans
Opened March 1, 2002
Last payment date Jan 1, 2003

I had student loan/OSAP back in 2002 only and haven't paid anything towards it.  How can it still be on my credit and repost new ones in 2017?  I have not made any contact with them whatsoever over the years

Your OSAP loan will remain on your credit history until it is paid. Your loan is not caught by the old limitation law prior to 2004, thus no limitations bind the government of Ontario.
