This is who profits from students and their miseries with the system. From Edulinx to Resolve, to DH Ltd now to Vista, a US company. The perhaps billions of tax payer dollars. The Canada student loans program and the private sector - what a lucrative marriage!

People think the National Student Loan service center is government. It. Is. Not. Never has been.
