VICTORIA — Premier Christy Clark says she wants to make it easier for students with low incomes to repay their student loans.

Clark has unveiled a plan to ease interest and principle payments for student loans, and in some cases forgive loan payments under what she's calling the third pillar of her Families First agenda.
