Canadian In the US - Hoping for Answers

So I recently dealt with canLearn regarding my student loan.  After only 2 weeks of calling I was finally able to speak with a supervisor regarding a continuation of enrollment error on their part. 

To make a long story short, I have to start paying back my loan and need to apply for their payment assistance program.

However, after reading the online regulations regarding the form it claimed that the program is only available to residents of canada.  I have been a full time student and living in the United states since 2008 and am still in The US right now.  Am I officially out of luck or is there some avenue I can pursue to try and keep the wolves away??  

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
