Hi,
I have applied for relief under 178(1.1) and the court date if this Friday.
I received a letter today from CRA that states the following:

"CRA does not oppose the 178(1.1) on a without costs basis"

What does "without costs basis mean exactly?

I called them and it means no opposition and they are not seeking costs.
