I have about $40k that has been defaulted on for about 7 years (I just never made enough money or found a real career since graduation from university and college). I want to go back to school (2 year program) to start a new career that I am sure I will get a good job in. Am I eligible to get another student loan? Province: Nova Scotia. Thanks!
